Really happy with the service I received from Ben. From the start, he was quick to respond, easy to deal with and always took the time to explain everything clearly. He made what can be quite a complicated process feel much more straightforward and stress-free. Ben went through the different options with me, answered all of my questions and really helped me to understand what would be the best choice for my situation. He also managed to secure me a good rate, which I was very pleased with given the current atmosphere. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, worked to very tight deadlines, and was always quick to provide updates and answers.
